• Usage Data: App feature usage, session duration, screens viewed, and interaction patterns.

If you sign in through a third-party service (e.g., Google Sign-In), we may receive your name, email address, and profile picture as permitted by that service's privacy settings.

• With Your Coach/Trainer: If you are part of a coaching programme, your performance data may be shared with your assigned coach or trainer as part of the Service.

• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
